I know these symptoms... the aching rear abdominal... the fatigue... the hormonal shift causing an increase in acne...

Oh. MY. GOD. IF the Ovarian cyst came back I will simply...

Wait, there's nothing I CAN do. Isn't that fabulous. Nothing but have mom phone in an order of vicoden and wait it out in bed, hoping I don't lose so many fluids that I have to be hospitalized.

note to everyone: so yeah, if the cyst has returned and ruptured, the pain i'm feeling now will probably go through the same cycle: slowly get worse and then, after several days, slowly get better. i'll be sending you all much love from my bed.

... life? fair? uhmn, no. fuck you, fate.

So, those are the symptoms? I had one a while back (a little over a year ago) that had to be surgically removed. A dermoid cyst, which apparently doesn't go away, just gets bigger until it ruptures or is removed. They're really gross, too.

Are you on the Pill? That is supposed to help prevent/lessen most types of ovarian cysts (unless you have the same kind I had).

I hope you feel better soon. :(

Mine are caused by hormonal imbalances, thats why I associate fatigue and, well, hormone changes witht them. Eh, my body is just... totally hormonally wrong. I'm on some stuff for regulation but no, not birth control. Once I go to Uni i plan to start it because my University insurance will cover the cost, so hopefully that will start.

The ones I get... well, i'm basing this on info from my doctor forever ago, so sorry if i'm wrong... but they come and go naturally, and the only time they cause trouble is if they burst. So, no surgery for me. :) Sorry you had to go through that... bleh.

I no longer think that an ovarian cyst is causing this, though, because the pain has lessened already. So yay. Not only does that mean i won't be decapassitated, but also that the hormone regulators I AM on are working and everything. Quite reassuring.
